Account & Data Deletion Request

If you’d like to delete your Flixel account and all associated personal data, please fill out the form below or email us directly at hello@empyrealworks.com.

What Happens Next?

1. Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity (email or UID) within 48 hours.
2. We will delete:
     • Your Flixel account credentials
     • Your user profile (display name, avatar)
     • Watchlist entries, comments, ratings
     • Notification preferences and device tokens
3. We may retain anonymized logs for analytics and crash reports (no personal identifiers) for up to 90 days.
4. Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
