1. Information We Collect

Sparkulator stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game Progress: Your XP, level, streak count, and button usage statistics
• Achievements: Which achievements you've unlocked and when
• Statistics: High scores, longest streaks, fastest answer times, accuracy percentages, play time, and performance by problem type
• Button Evolution: Usage count and evolution stage for each calculator button
• App Preferences: Your theme selection, sound settings, and music preferences

1.2 Data We DO NOT Collect

Sparkulator does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Any data about your calculations or math problems

2. How We Use Your Information

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot and do not access it. The data is used exclusively by the app to:

• Track your progress and achievements
• Display statistics about your performance
• Remember your app preferences and settings
• Enable button evolution features
• Provide a personalized experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties.

Sparkulator operates completely offline and does not communicate with any external servers. Your data stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Google Play Services

When you download Sparkulator from Google Play, Google's privacy policy applies to the download and installation process. After installation, the app functions independently without requiring Google Play Services.

4.2 No Analytics or Advertising

Sparkulator does not use:

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• Advertising networks or SDKs
• Crash reporting services
• Third-party tracking tools

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Local Storage

All app data is stored using Android's local storage mechanisms (Hive database) and is protected by your device's standard security features.

5.2 Data Persistence

Your data persists across app updates but is completely removed when you uninstall the app. We recommend backing up your device if you want to preserve your progress.

5.3 No Cloud Backup

Sparkulator does not include cloud backup functionality. Your data exists only on your device.

6. Children's Privacy

Sparkulator is designed for users of all ages, including children under 13. Since we don't collect any personal information, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

The app:

• Does not require any account creation
• Does not collect personal information from users of any age
• Does not include social features or user-generated content
• Does not contain advertisements or in-app purchases
• Does not link to external websites or social media

7. Your Rights and Controls

7.1 Data Access

You can view your statistics and progress at any time within the app by accessing the Statistics and Achievements screens from the settings menu.

7.2 Data Deletion

You can delete all your data by:

• Uninstalling the app (removes all local data)
• Clearing the app's data through your device's app settings

There is no "Delete Account" option because there are no accounts - all data is local.

7.3 Opt-Out

Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing to opt out of. The app functions entirely offline.

8. International Users

Sparkulator can be used anywhere in the world. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfer concerns.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Significant changes will be communicated through:

• An in-app notification on first launch after update
• The app's listing on Google Play

10. Legal Compliance

Sparkulator complies with:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): No personal data is collected or processed
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act): No personal information collected from children

11. Permissions

Sparkulator requests minimal Android permissions:

• Vibrate: To provide haptic feedback when pressing buttons (optional, can be disabled in settings)
• Storage: To save your local game progress and achievements

The app does not request or use:

• Internet/Network access
• Camera or Microphone
• Location services
• Contacts or Calendar
• Phone or SMS

12. Open Source

Sparkulator is built using standard Flutter and Dart technologies. The app's privacy-first approach can be verified as we don't include any third-party SDKs or analytics libraries.
